Эмираты Хаканаby Paul Kondon |
Money, money, money! The Emirates will be rich, so get used to it. The three
home worlds don’t offer much money, but starting with two trade agreements,
which cannot be broken by anyone else, means they will be exploiting anyone
they choose. This can make them power brokers as well, since they can
pick who will receive the boon, and make them stronger in return, while
still reserving the ability to kill it at will. The Hacan will often have more total planets, so they
will give away more money than they get, but, it will be worth it. Starting
with two carriers, two fighters to protect them, and two ground forces,
they will start growing faster than anyone else. Starting with 50 credits means they can build and get
tech right away. This will be necessary, since they start with the least
tech, though it is a good one, Enviro Compensators. Although not special
in itself, it is a pre-requisite for Sarween Tools, Micro Tech, Stasis
Capsules, and Neural Motivator. Other tech should be circumstantial, either
in response to neighbors, or available credits. Being behind in the tech
game will mean the Hacan need to get tech almost every turn while steadily
building a fleet and exploiting their dominance of trade. Since the Xxcha get extra influence from the trade agreements,
a natural alliance exists here if available. Mostly, this is another patient
position, having many (maybe too many) tech options, and good influence,
but needing time to turn that cash flow into progress on the chart. Some
of that cash can be turned into favors or tribute to keep aggressors at
bay until the Hacan can defend themselves. If left unchecked, they will
roll to the end, and buy the crown. The Summary: Cash is king. Use your trade agreements and
financial advantage to rule the galaxy. |
